Kia PBV Test Drive Event Terms and Conditions

The Kia PBV Test Drive Events are subject to the following conditions and open only to UK residents who are 18 years or over.&nbsp;
&nbsp;

<li>The Kia PBV Test Drive Events are hosted and promoted by the local Kia PBV Centre with whom an appointment is registered (Local PBV Centre) in association with Kia UK Limited (04415807) whose registered office is at Walton Green, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1FJ.</li>
<li>All appointments should be made online. Bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. Once the appointment slots are full no more bookings will be accepted.</li>
<li>A booking confirmation will be sent to you when your appointment is accepted by the PBV Centre. You must bring this confirmation to attend the Kia PBV Test Drive Event. If a confirmation has not been received, the appointment has not been accepted and you will not be able to attend.</li>
<li>No purchase is necessary.</li>
<li>No liability is accepted for submissions not received and all vehicles selected to view are subject to model availability.</li>
<li>Customers are responsible for their own property (including but not limited to clothing, umbrellas and child seats) whilst attending an appointment. Please keep property to a minimum and ensure that it is kept safe at all times. Neither your Local PBV Centre or Kia UK Limited accept any responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to any customer property.</li>
<li>Neither your Local PBV Centre or Kia UK Limited shall be held responsible for any appointment cancellation which may be due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances outside their control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.</li>
<li>Prices and offers apply to qualifying Kia models ordered throughout The Kia PBV Test Drive Events period and are subject to availability.</li>
